Since Michael (Mike) joined the firm in 1998, he has focused his practice on fighting for workers regarding the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), including a class settlement of $160 million in unpaid overtime. Mike also represents whistleblowers who bravely expose and speak up against corruption.

Mike is admitted to practice in Arkansas, Tennessee, the U.S. District Courts of Nebraska, Eastern District of Arkansas, Western District of Tennessee, Middle District and Eastern Districts of Tennessee, Western District of Michigan, and Central District of Illinois, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th and 8th Circuits.
Michael has earned Martindale Hubbell’s AV Preeminent rating, a peer review ranking him at the highest level of professional excellence. He is a member of Taxpayers Against Fraud and was selected as a Super Lawyer: Mid-South for 2014-2023 by Thomson Reuters.
