She completed her undergraduate in nursing at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas and graduated with honors from the St. Alexis School of Nursing in Cleveland. She completed her doctorate at South Texas College of Law in Houston.
Jackie is a member of State Bar of Texas, Jefferson County Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. She is member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society, the nation’s oldest academic honor society.
