Guy Fisher
Since joining the firm in 2000, Guy has argued dozens of personal injury and civil cases, obtaining hundreds of millions of dollars for our clients. He focuses 100% of his practice on litigation and is licensed to practice in Texas and Mississippi. Guy specializes in areas of toxic exposure, products liability, class actions, and personal injury.

A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, Guy completed his undergraduate degree in business administration at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Fisher was a finalist and quarterfinalist in the James T. Hippard Mock Trial Competition and the James Black Moot Court Competition respectively.
In recent years, Guy has obtained multiple significant verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients including a $160 million class settlement awarded to VA nurses for unpaid overtime. He has handled silicosis litigation filed in the states of Texas, Mississippi, Ohio, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Louisiana. Guy served as plaintiffs’ counsel in some of the largest multi-plaintiff silicosis cases and recovered a jury verdict of $7,500,000, the largest reported verdict in the history of silica litigation. Additionally, he served as class counsel in DTPA Light Cigarette Litigation that resulted in a class settlement of $45,000,000.
